POLICE have issued a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to with bank card frauds at petrol stations.
Officers said a bank card was used without the authorisation of its owner at Kelbrook service station, Walverden service station and the Shell garage, Manchester Road, Nelson, earlier this month.
PC Ian Dickinson, of Colne Police, said: "I would like to speak with the male shown in the picture in connection with an unauthorised use of a bank card at several service stations around the area, namely Kelbrook service station, Walverden service station and the Shell garage, Manchester Road, Nelson on the weekend of June 1, 2019."
