Bus journeys as set to be rerouted as roadworks cause disruption.

Works in Radcliffe will cause the closure of Outwood Road, while engineers complete resurfacing work, meaning all journeys of the 512 bus set to take place between June 10 and June 28, will be diverted.

The new route will take buses between Ringley and Radcliffe.

All six bus stops on Outwood Road will be closed for the duration of the project.

People wishing to board at Outwood Road are advised to use the bus stops on Ringley Road near the junction.

However, these are the only stops on the diverted section of route that will be served by 512, which will continue to stop at its regular destinations along the rest of the route.

Passengers for other stops have been advised to use the 513 service.

A representative from Tyrers, which runs the 512, apologised to passengers for any inconvenience caused. For information on future works, visit: www.bolton.gov.uk/roads-pavements/roadworks.
