Leverhulme Park
BOLTON Council is due to go to court today in a bid to remove travellers who have set up camp at a children's play area.
Caravans arrived at the playground, in Leverhulme Park, earlier this week.
"No children can play on the playground because travellers are parked on the children's play area," said a nearby resident.
Bolton Council are now going to Bolton Magistrates' Court to get an order allowing them to remove the vehicles and property from the land.
