"The line up on our main stage are engaging live performers and bands with a wealth of experience and will provide great entertainment throughout the day.
"What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than to listen to live music whilst raising money for a great cause?"
A mum from the PTA told News Shopper The Hayes Kent Trust had already donated £10,000 to the project.
"We still have a long way to go," the mum added. "This music festival and fair will be will be a great way to invite the wider community to get involved for a family day out while enjoying some of the bands in the area."
The PTA has also contributed £20,000 so far.
It is expected that £150,000 will be donated by The Spring Partnership Trust.
The community hub will work closely with community groups like St Mary’s Church and will be available for toddler groups, choirs and other events as well as a place for students to learn music.
