EMERGENCY services were called to help free a person from their vehicle after an early-morning car crash on a county road.
The fire service were called to Littlemoor Road in Clitheroe just after midnight on Sunday after a single-vehicle crash was reported.
One person from inside the vehicle had to be freed by firefighters, who used stabilisation equipment to get the casualty out of the car.
They were treated for minor injuries at the scene by paramedics, who arrived shortly after firefighters.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said: “One rapid response vehicle and an ambulance was sent to the scene and treated one patient for minor injuries.
“The casualty was not taken to hospital by paramedics.”
