Darwen firm Laser Engineering, of Britannia House, has received permission to develop a new site.
An office, industrial and warehousing development with associated car parking and servicing will be located on land at the junction of Junction Street and Grimshaw Street, Darwen.
The development must be started within three years and the Grimshaw Street car park can only be used from 8am to 7pm.
