A COUNCIL boss has agreed to the repair and resurfacing of potholed roads in market town.
Lancashire County's cabinet member for highways Cllr Keith Iddon has agreed to the work on Riverside and surrounding streets in Low Moor Clitheroe.
He has written to Edisford and Low Moor Conservative candidate Sue Hind confirming the work is scheduled to take place soon.
She said ''I described Riverside as the 'roads that time forgot' which seemed to have struck a chord with the highways authority.
"I and residents of the Riverside area are delighted."
