TODAY'S bygones takes a look back at the history of a well known brewery.
The picture from the Lancashire Telegraph's archives shows the headwear of coopers and other workers, believed to be at Dutton's Brewery at Salford, Blackburn.
It is believed the picture was taken some time in the 1870s.
The Dutton family started brewing on this site in 1799. The brewery closed in 1978 and was demolished in 1986.
