A SHED caught fire at the back of a home in Blackburn.
Emergency services were called to Infirmary Street at around 1.45am today after the blaze broke out.
The shed and its contents were severely damaged from the fire but the home was left untouched, a fire service spokesman said.
No one was reported injured and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
A fire service spokesman added: "Two fire engines from Blackburn attended a shed fire on Infirmary Road in Blackburn.
"Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used two hose reels and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
"We were there for for 1 hour and 45 minutes. We do not know how the fire started at this stage."
