Abi Kitching, new Blackburn Music Society leader
BLACKBURN Music Society will hold a concert called 'A Majestic Journey' in Blackburn Cathedral on Saturday March 23 at 7pm.
The main item will be a performance of Brahms German Requiem.
The programme also includes Mendelssohn's Fingal’s Cave and Gabrieli's Sonata pian’ e forte.
The society will be under the musical directorship of Abi Kitching and will be accompanied by Wilmslow Symphony Orchestra.
Tickets are £12 in advance; £14 on the door; and free for under 19s.
