36 SMALL plants of Cannabis have been seized during a raid on a house in Holyhead this morning (February 21).
During the early hours of the day, the Town's patrol officers executed a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs act.
Discovered within the address, which was unoccupied at the time, was a Cannabis grow totalling 36 small plants.
According to North Wales Police Anglesey's facebook page, intelligence suggested the plants were being prepared for illegal distribution.
They have now been seized and the cultivation equipment has been destroyed. Police say the offenders have been identified and will be prosecuted in due course.
