THERE is one pub in Bolton where a man’s ‘size’ really does count at the urinal.
Ye Jolly Crofters in Chorley Old Road, Horwich, has recently undergone a £250,000 makeover, including a refurbishment of the pub’s toilet facilities.
In a tongue in cheek touch, the new urinal’s are decorated with a series of humorous signs allowing those in need of relief to spend a penny in size order.
The signs range from small, medium, large and, erm, liar – so don’t get caught out next time you visit the historic inn.
