FRIENDS Sam Rush and Jo Turner are looking forward to the Christmas party season after shedding more than five stone between them.
Sam, 47, of Eastgrove Avenue, Sharples, has gone from 13st 10lbs to 10 stone 13lb, and Jo, 47, of Somersby Drive, Bromley Cross, lost more than two stone and now weighs 10 stone 8lb.
The determined duo achieved their ambitions at the Weight Watcher’s Dunscar Wellness Workshop.
Sam is two dress sizes smaller, while Jo has shrunk from a size 16 to a size 12.
