DELIGHTING in diversity and breaking down barriers means Bolton's Interfaith Week has
been another success.
A Unity in the Communityevent, at Memory Lane Banquet Hall on Wednesday was a particular highlight. Eid, Advent and Diwali were all celebrated and there was also entertainment, henna painting and the chance to try tasty treats from the different communities.
And a Passport to Faiths event at Emmanuel Church allowed people to learn more about, and meet representatives, of eight different faiths. Tonight there will be a multicultural musical evening at Victoria Hall between 6pm and 8pm.
Organiser, Chan Parmar said: "It's been a wonderful week of people coming together."
