POLICE teams seized three cars in two separate incidents in Deane this morning.
The first, a red Vauxhall, initially fled from officers but was later stopped, according to police.
The vehicle was taken away after several small bags thought to contain drugs were found inside the vehicle, police say.
Police have released images of the car being towed from a residential area, alongside other pictures of 19 white bags found inside.
Elsewhere in Deane, a pair of vehicles were also seized when police discovered that the cars had not been taxed, officers said.
Both vehicles, a black Vauxhall and a black Mercedes, were parked outside residential properties.
Owners of cars seized by the police have to pay a 'release fee' of up to £200 plus £20 a day in storage fees to have the vehicle returned.
