Heaton traffic
THIS picture will be a delight to many of us with fond memories of cars of a certain vintage. A Ford Anglia and a Hillman Imp are among the vehicles stuck in slow moving traffic as snow and slush brought misery to Chorley New Road on a February morning back in 1969.
