FIREFIGHTERS were called to a wood yard fire in Clitheroe.
Crews from the town, as well as, Great Harwood, Padiham and Hyndburn were called to Waterloo Timber Co in Waterloo Road at 5.45am.
A fire service spokesman said the police had been initially been called.
Firefighters used breathing equipment to help get inside the out building in the yard and put our the flames.
A fire service spokesman said: "No one suffered any injuries and crews were there for around three hours putting out the flames.
"The cause of the fire is currently been looked by the investigations team."
Waterloo Road was closed both ways for a time while firefighters put out the fire.
The Tesco car park opposite was also shut for a period of time.
