The Grove pub and former Gioia Italiano restaurant.
I WAS pleased to read that the old El Greco's is coming back into use on Church Street and that the council is working to sort out the issues at the Italian restaurant so that can be re-opened too.
But what is going on with The Grove pub? It never opens but it's not up for sale either.
Action is needed or it will remain a blight on an otherwise bright spot in Blackburn town centre.
