LEE Lister, site manager at Bellway Homes’ Tudor Grange development in Bury, has been given a National House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job award.

To win, site managers must score highly in all areas of the build process including quality of workmanship, technical expertise, health and safety, management and leadership. Judges are also looking for meticulous and consistent attention to detail.

Lee said: “I am proud of the team at Tudor Grange who have all contributed. My hard work has paid off ."

"By being on the right site and with Bellway’s support, I have finally been in a position to enter the Pride in the Job awards, so to win first time is incredible. I hope it’s the first of many!”

Construction director at Bellway Homes, Paul Wright, added: “We are very proud of Lee and what he has achieved while at Bellway Homes.

“The NHBC Pride in the Job award is recognised as one of the most highly regarded accolades achieved in the house building industry, and this year has been no exception with more than 16,000 entries across the UK. Lee is a committed and skilled site manager and it is wonderful to see him receive his first Pride in the Job award.”
