LOVE Energy Solutions, the corporate division of award-winning super consultancy Love Energy Savings, is celebrating the end of a successful first year in business.

Launched last October, the service is dedicated to transforming the way energy-intensive clients manage utilities and waste.

During its first 12 months, the Bolton-based consultancy has formed partnerships with a number of global high street brands, passing on up to 30 per cent savings through the introduction of renewable technologies and energy efficient practices.

Love Energy Solutions’ director of corporate Adrian Cieslake said: “We are delighted to reach this landmark following such a successful first year.

“Understanding our customers not just focusing on procurement has been key to our success.

“When we launched the brand in October 2017, we were confident our expertise could help save energy-intensive businesses millions through the correct management of their utilities.

“We have a very experienced team and are passionate about delivering an ethical service in a complex and competitive industry.

“Our success has been achieved by simplifying the confusing nature of utilities making the whole process as transparent as possible.

“Clients can see exactly where and how they are saving money and cutting down on waste.

“Over 12 months, we have launched some exciting products that have really helped our customers manage their energy costs and plan to build on that success in 2019 by installing 500 CircuitMeters — our brand-new state of the art sub-metering system — across the UK giving customers real time access to how their energy is being used at a granular level.

As well as managing energy spend, Love Energy Solutions’ minimises clients’ risk and exposure, controls consumption and reduces carbon footprint.

Its utility management plans are specifically tailored to each business it serves, using its expertise to assist with all areas of utility management and procurement.

Head of operations, Shirley Isherwood said: “The lack of transparency in this industry has created distrust amongst customers, we are pushing the industry for more regulation for consultancies, however leading by example has been instrumental in the success for Love Energy as a group”.

“Alongside transparent energy procurement, we offer a comprehensive range of high-quality management bureau services tailored to businesses’ specific needs and requirements.

“This includes the likes of historical bill validation, independent market reports and commercial energy audits.

Since launching its first-to-market b2b energy comparison engine in 2013, parent company Love Energy Savings has been making the process of switching energy supplier as transparent as possible.

The Love energy brand has grown from strength to strength over the past few years with a host of award wins such as the coveted Super Consultancy and Awesome Place to Work awards at the energy live news awards.

The company has also been crowned second place in GlassDoors 20 highest rated companies for work life balance and recognised by the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 as one of the UK’s fastest-growing companies. It is predicted to hit 100,000 customers in the very near future and the energy company has passed on a gigantic £79.7m in savings to businesses since 2007.

Phil Foster, CEO added: “I'm absolutely delighted in how Adrian and his team have started, even in year one to change the way major energy users view their spend and engage with their energy partners.

“The team operates by being clear, no nonsense and putting customers first which simply cements the Love Energy ethos, huge well done.”

The organisation is a champion for regulatory change at the very highest level, introducing its own fair-pricing policy and appealing to the Government to make the same level of fairness the standard for all UK businesses.
