FIRST class students at Turton School have designs on success and have laid the foundations for a bright future.
Daisy Bali and Dan Earnshaw are among the Bromley Cross school's best performing students, and are carving out a future in engineering.

Daisy said: "I'm shocked and amazed and getting these grades is the best feeling.
"I did work my socks off and put in a lot of hours, it felt I spent my life at my desk. But I did try and keep a balance and carried on with my sports."
She added: "I decided to do engineering because I really like maths and physics and like the sound of the course when I went to open days."
Dan is also setting his sights high.
"I would like to work for NASA," he said, "It has been a tough year and I gave up a lot of sleep, but it was worth it."
