THE council's contact centre phone service will be closed on Saturday due to emergency water pipe repair work at Wesley House.
The contact centre’s telephone service will be closed on Saturday, August 4. However, customers wishing to make a payment and have their account number and card details ready can do so by dialling 01744 671699 or by visiting sthelens.gov.uk/pay
Council services can still be accessed via the council website sthelens.gov.uk – or by downloading the free council mobile app which is available to download from your app store by searching ’St Helens Council.’
If you are concerned about a child or an adult and need to speak to someone urgently, you can speak to the Emergency Duty Social Work Team by calling 0345 0500148.
The Contact Centre’s telephone service will reopen at 8am on Monday, August 6.
