FOOTBALL'S coming home at the Village Hotel, Bury tomorrow where the England match will be screened in a new outdoor fanzone which seats up to 500 people.
A six metre by four metre screen and 500-seat grandstand is being set up as the Three Lions take on Croatia in their first World Cup semi-final since 1990.
According to Lisa Sharples, Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator, this is the first time a big outdoor screen will be set up for the football and staff are really looking forward to the event.
She said: “We’re football mad at the Village Hotel!”
Each ticket costs £5 and comes with a free one-day gym pass.
The Bury hotel, at Waterfold Business Park, is also selling buckets of five cans and burgers.
The screen will be on from 4pm and fans can watch the ‘66 final up until kick-off at 7pm.
Prizes will be up for grabs on the night including tickets to a Sportsman’s dinner with Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole in October.
What’s more, the hotel promise to screen the final if England win.
