POLICE have launched an appeal about a missing man who has links to Nelson, Blackburn and Accrington.
Blackburn with Darwen Police have posted on their Facebook page about John Stokes.
It read: "Have you seen missing John Stokes, 33, from Blackpool?
"He was last seen in the early hours of Friday, June 1st at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
"He left before being assessed and so we are very concerned for his welfare.
"He is described as white, of medium build with green eyes and short dark hair. He speaks with an Irish accent.
"He is known to move around the county and aside from Blackpool, has links to Nelson, Blackburn and Accrington.
"If you have seen John or know where he is, please call 01253 604290 or if you fail to get an answer, 101, quoting incident reference 254 of June 1st."
