Man appears in court charged with rape of seven-year-old girl
A MAN has appeared in court charged with the rape of a seven-year-old girl and the sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl in Daubhill.
David Fielding, aged 61, of Georgina Court, Daubhill, appeared at Bolton Magistrates Court today, in connection with the alleged incidents on Tuesday.
The case has been adjourned until a plea and trial preparation hearing at Bolton Crown Court on June 14.
Fielding remains remanded in custody until that date.
