PLANNERS will decide whether to approve putting up security fencing at an historic library.
Bolton Council has recently approved £600,000 for a revamp of the former Great Lever Library. The building is more than 100 years old, but the vacant site suffers from high levels of crime. Committee members will make a decision on Thursday.
