A BANNED and over the limit driver was jailed for four months by a judge who slammed him as a danger to the public.
Mark Chestney, 33, had 14 previous convictions for getting behind the wheel while banned and five for excess alcohol, Burnley Magistrates' Court heard.
Chestney, of Leeds Road, Nelson, admitted driving while disqualified, driving with excess alcohol and no insurance, last December 22. He was also banned for three years.
