A PROJECT to tackle the "crime and grime" in Rishton will launch on February 5.
Police will team up with the fire service, environmental services, Hyndburn Council and the DVLA to combat crime and anti-social behaviour.
PC Johanna Bourne said: "Certain areas of Rishton have been highlighted for having problems with juvenile nuisance and anti-social behaviour.
"There have been issues of under-age drinking and drug taking, which affects the quality of life for local residents."
