A 50-year-old man was left with minor injuries after leaping from the multi-storey car park in Lord Street, Blackburn.
Police and ambulance crew were called to the scene following the incident at 8pm on Tuesday. The man was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital.
Officers are not treating the incident as suspicious.
The man is believed to have a history of mental illness.
