Pubs boss Margo Grimshaw has applied for permission to add a storey of flats to her Cathedral Court development in Blackburn.
She has already received planning permission to knock down Never Never Land, C'est Le Vie, Mr Gs and The Castle in Market Street Lane and replace them with 68 apartments.
But now she has asked councillors for permission to build another 10 flats to make the scheme commercially viable, according to a report to the council.
