A decision on controversial plans to build 31 homes in Rawtenstall is due to be made by Rossendale Council's development control committee tomorrow.
The planning department recently came under fire for delaying final approval of the application by The Hurstwood Group.
They hope to build a mixture of houses and apartments on land off Oaklands Avenue and Lower Cribden Avenue.
Other planning applications on the agenda include a 20-unit holiday park in Weir, and the conversion of former farm buildings in New Line, Bacup, into three houses.
