THE stars of tomorrow will be making a bee-line for the Thwaites Empire Theatre, Blackburn, tomorrow for the open auditions of a major talent competition.
Up for grabs is a brand new car for the overall winner with over £7,000 in cash prizes and over £2,500 in vouchers, plus the prospect of some top recording contracts.
There are three separate categories - the 16 to 25 age group, the 26 to 50 plus age group and the groups catagories.
Auditions will be held at the theatre from 12 noon, with the successful performers going through to the finals which will be held at the theatre next year.
The organisers are anticipating a large number of acts and the theatre will be open for registration from 11am.
Spectators wanting to go along to watch the auditions will be charged £5.
