St Francis CE Primary School has won praise from an education chief following positive inspections by Ofsted and Blackburn Diocese.
Inspectors visited the Cherry Tree Lane school earlier this month and found it provided "caring, friendly and quality teaching".
Coun Maureen Bateson, executive member for children's services for Blackburn with Darwen Council praised the school for its efforts.
She said: "These reports reflect the hard work of those who are a part of the school, this includes the pupils and their very supportive parents."
