Blackburn town centre flats work restarts
WORK has restarted on a new housing scheme in Blackburn town centre.
Manchester-based Dwell Developments has taken over the Cathedral Court scheme started by businesswoman Margo Grimshaw.
The company said the tower at the top of King Street would go on the market in around six weeks.
