ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BOLTON STREET FOOTPATH 105) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Bolton Street Public Footpath 105 - Temp Footway Closure. The closure is in place to enable the re-construction of collapsed footpath. Diversion route will be via Baron St Manchester Rd, Wells St, Haslam Brow Cycle path and Openshaw Rd and vice versa
The proposed order comes into operation on 20/03/20 and remains in force for up to 6 months.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (FOOTPATH NO 1 STAND, RADCLIFFE (ALL SAINTS) AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 26, WHtTEFHCLD) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Public Footpath 103RAM -between Bury New Road and Manchester Road, Ramsbottom
The reason for the proposed order is to enable works associated with a new residential housing development to be carried out.
The alternative route will be via Bury New Road and Manchester Road and vice versa.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 160BUR) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any members of the public from proceeding along:-

Public Footpath 160BUR - Springside View Farm Bridge/East Lancashire Railway Crossing
The reason for the proposed order is to enable bridge replacement works to be carried out.
The alternative route will be via Public Footpath 161BUR, Bridleway 155BUR, Springside Road, Public Footpath 157BUR, Public Footpath 158BUR, Public Footpath 153BUR and Burrs Country Park and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on Monday 23 March 2020 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 1 month although the anticipated duration of the works is 5 days.
