ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (ROSEWOOD AVENUE, TOTTINGTON) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Rosewood Avenue, Tottington - at its junction with Bury Road

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.

Access will be maintained where possible to Rosewood Avenue.

The Order comes into operation on Monday 10 June 2019 and shall remain in force

for a period of up to 12 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is

approximately 4 weeks.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (RADCLIFFE ROAD (SH>E STREETS), BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Radcliffe Road (side streets), Bury - Temporary Road Closure

Rolling closure to side streets along Radcliffe Road, Bury from and including

Whitefield Road to its junction with Kendal Drive.

Roads to be temporarily closed: Whitefield Road, Vale Avenue, Ribchester Drive, Lilac Avenue, Kendal Drive and Warth Road.

The closure is in place to enable resurfacing of carriageway in a safe and practical manner.

Suitable diversion routes will be signed on site where applicable. Emergency access will be maintained if required, access will be available for residents in an evening and early morning.

The proposed Order will come into operation on Saturday 15-June-2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 12 months, (Anticipated duration of works - 4 weeks).

THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (HIGHER LANE/RINGLEY ROAD, WHITEFIELD)(DALES LANE, WHITEFIELD) TEMPORARY PROHIBTION OF LEFT TURN AND TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from turning into the following length(s) of highway :-Ringley Road, Whitefield - from Higher Lane

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from turning into the following length(s) of highway :-Ringley Road, Whitefield - from Higher Lane

The alternative route will be via Bury New Road, Radcliffe New Road, New Road, Stand Lane and Ringley Road.

The Order will also prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

Dales Lane, Whitefield - easterly side footway between Avondale Road and Church

Lane.

The alternative route will be via Dales Lane westerly side footway.

The reason for the proposed order is to fiicilitate traffic signal ducting works.

The proposed Order will come into operation on Monday 17 June 2019 and shall

remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, although the anticipated duration of

the works is approximately 3 weeks.
