GERARD HOYLE Michael, Paul and the family would like to thank all relatives and friends for their condolences, prayers, expressions of sympathy and kind donations to the British Lung Foundation and Stroke Association. The Committal at Pleasington Crematorium, Blackburn, was conducted with great warmth and consideration by FR. Francis, as were the funeral arrangements, perfectly executed by Russell Alty and his team at Wm. Alty & Sons Funeral Service, Blackburn, for which we are extremely grateful. Also special thanks to the wonderful nursing staff at Royal Blackburn (especially wards 6 and 8) who looked after Dad so kindly over the 10 months leading up to his passing and the many residents of Higher Croft/surrounding area that kindly came out on the day of his cremation (7th May 2020) to pay their respects outside Gerard's, dad's shop of 28 years. In God's and mum's loving arms, may you always rest in peace.
