CRAIG MILLER Jack, Christine and family and Joanna partner of Craig and family would like to thank Dr Board and all the staff at the Rosemere Centre at Preston Hospital for the 3 years of exceptional care, the NHS staff at the Royal Blackburn Hospital for their care. Thanking management and work colleagues at Forrest Joinery for their kindness and support. His many friends and all the people who attended the service, and to Rev Fleur Green for her kind words and ministrations.
