ERIC COOK Norrie and family would like to offer their thanks to the relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations to Cancer Research UK in lieu of flowers at this sad time. Thank you to the fantastic staff at Royal Blackburn Hospital who cared for Eric with compassion and respect and provided the family with support and kindness. For their efficient, dignified and sensitive approach to the funeral arrangements we are grateful to the staff at Altys Funeral Services and thank Bloomin Lovely florists for supplying the lovely floral tribute. Finally we thank Rev Ken Howles for the private and comforting service. The family will invite friends and family to celebrate Eric's life later in the year.
