SHIRLEY SQUIRES Shelia and the family of the late Shirley would like to express their sincere thanks to all who have supported the family with prayers, cards of condolence, and kind expressions of sympathy received at this sad time. Also thanks to all who cared for Shirley during her illness, a special thank you to the Upper GI Specialist Elaine Atkinson, the Oncologist, and all of the staff at the East Lancs Hospice. Thank you to Dr Zafar, Janet Graham and all the staff at Roe Lee Surgery. We would like to thank everyone at Revidge Fold United Reformed Church, for their amazing support. A special thank you to Pastor David Earnshaw, his wife Jane and all the congregation at Inskip Church, also thank you to Fecitt Brow Presbyterian Church, St James Church and to Rev Joanne Macholc for her kind words and ministrations and finally to Altys for their professionalism and dignified arrangements.
