STEVEN ALAN JOHNSON Wendy, Laura, Emma and families would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their many cards, kind expressions of sympathy and donations to Asthma UK received during their time of sorrow. Heartfelt thanks to all who have supported them in caring for Steve including Preston District Nurses, the Rosemere Centre, Hazelwood Ward at Chorley Hospital and the Marie Curie Nursing Service. Special thanks to Rev Anton Muller and Ken Howles for their kind words and ministrations and to Alty's Funeral Directors for their dignified and professional service.
