JOHN (JACK) HAWORTH John and Barbara would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of sympathy and donations received. Special thanks to Dovedale Court Care Home for all their care, to Janice and Lynn for the lovely buffet, to Rev Alice Cole for her kind words and ministrations, to Ainsworth's Funeral Service for their efficient arrangements and to everyone who came to Jack's funeral.
