DAVID CHADWICK Passed away peacefully in the loving care of the Woodlands H.F.E. with family at his side on Wednesday 21st April 2021 aged 84 years. David, dearest husband of Doreen, a wonderful father to Liz and the late Alex, a proud grandad to Robert and Ben, dear brother to Kathleen and the late Barbara. David will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Reposing in the chapel of rest Mincing Lane. The funeral service is to be held at St Bartholomew's church Great Harwood at 1pm on Thursday the 6th of May, followed by a committal service at Accrington Crematorium.
