JACK GRAHAM HOWSON On Saturday 20th June 2020 Jack passed away peacefully in Birch Hall Care Centre. Beloved husband of the late Helen, loving father of Stephen and David and treasured grandfather of Jonathan, Hannah, Sinead, Caitlin and Keavagh. He was also a dear brother of Alan and Dorothy and the late Jean and Jacqueline. Jack spent his working days at Liveseys, Greenbank Engineering, Roe Lee Textile Mill and Matthew Brown Brewery before retirement. He will be fondly remembered through his sporting connections in the Blackburn area having played with Accrington Stanley before becoming involved with Bangor Old Boys both as a player and secretary. He was a long standing member of St Stephen's Conservative Club representing them at snooker and bowls. He also made many friends through his membership at Wilpshire Golf Club. A civil service will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Thursday 2nd July 2020 at 11.30. Please note that the actual service is by invitation only. Worked with Jack at Lion Brewery in maintenance department.Boy did we have some great times.Very sorry to hear of his passing.Great guy.

Jack I’m going to miss are chats about putting the world to rights, you quizzing me about the James Bond films I never won on that subject, one fantastic memory I will never forget is you and Helen teaching me golf in the living room I would bring my putter & as Helen would say don’t forget the little Machine that’s throws the golf ball back, we had some good laughs, Well your reunited with your Helen now jack, god bless you both 💙❤️ Debi
