JAKE CHARLES TURNER Peacefully on 10th September 2019 in hospital and with his family by his side, Jake aged 23 years. Much loved son of Pete and Janet. Precious brother of Beth. Loving partner of Sarah. Grandson, nephew, cousin and a good friend to many. A special thank you to all the staff on the Critical Care Unit at Royal Blackburn Hospital. Funeral service to take place on Friday 20th September at Holy Souls Church at 1.00pm prior to cremation at Pleasington Crematorium. Preferably no black attire.
