JOSEPH PARKER On Friday 1st February, peacefully in the Royal Blackburn Hospital, Joe aged 84 years, former landlord of the Horden Rake Inn, Blackburn. The dearly beloved husband of the late Maureen, much loved dad of Gillian and son in law Graham and treasured grandad of Ellie and Jack, as well as a much loved brother and uncle. The funeral service will be held at St. Anne's R.C. Church, Blackburn on 19th February at 10.30 am prior to cremation at Pleasington at 11.30 am. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Joe can be made if desired to The Royal National Institute for the Blind c/o Alty's Funeral Service. Cheques to be make payable to RNIB Charity.
