SYLVIA McGREGOR (nee GUY) Wife of George McGregor and formerly of Darwen. Sylvia aged 89 years, Passed away 5th February 2019. Her funeral is to take place at Charnock Richard Crematorium on Monday 18th February at 2.30pm. All enquiries to Co-op Funeralcare, Chorley Tel. 01257 260075

It was sad news to hear of Aunt Sylvia's passing. Over the years Sylvia and George have been great hosts when members of the McGregor family from Ontario would visit. She was a great conversationalist with a good sense of humour and generous with her home and time. Our heart goes out to Uncle George and her family.

I am so very sorry that Aunt Sylvia has passed away. Growing up, I always loved when her, Uncle George and the McGregor brothers and wives all got together for love, laughter and to create wonderful memories. Uncle George and her entire family will surely miss her but there are those memories.
