JACK SMITH Peacefully in his sleep at his home on 30th November 2017, Jack aged 86 years of Clayton-le-Moors. The devoted husband of the late Jean, much loved dad of Michael and dear father-in-law of Susan, cherished grandad of Gina and Paul and a dear great grandad and a dear brother-in-law to Kathleen. Jack's funeral service will take place at Accrington Crematorium, Burnley Road, Accrington BB5 6HA on Tuesday 12th December 2017 at 1pm. Family flowers only please and donations if desired to British Heart Foundation via champfunerals.co/obituaries.
