Lady Gaga appeared to have recovered from her illness when she launched her perfume at Harrods
Lady Gaga has laughed off a video in which she was spotted throwing up on stage.
The Poker Face star, who is in London during a break from her Born This Way Ball world tour, was spotted being sick on the side of the stage during a gig in Barcelona at the weekend.
Gaga was snapped looking healthy again as she stepped out from the plush Dorchester hotel in a long black dress, black hat and sequinned jacket.
The game for a laugh singer told Twitter followers: "Was praying nobody saw but actually its quite a good laugh if u need one! Check out Lady PukeGA doing Swan 'Vomit' Lake."
She added: "I still hit my routine mom!! :) Thank goodness for the Dorchester... i need some tea ,i think i just cried a little watching that."
Gaga's vomiting attack comes just days after singing superstar Justin Bieber was taken ill during a US gig.
