Lauren Conrad has said she's declined her invitation to Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's wedding this weekend.

The celebrity couple are expected to make their marriage official in California this weekend.

But speaking at the William S Paley Television Festival in LA, fellow star of The Hills Lauren - who has had a rocky relationship with Heidi - said: "I'm not planning on going, no."

She added: "I think that it was very nice of her to invite me but I think that she didn't really expect me to come."

Asked if she had well wishes for the pair, Lauren said: "Yeah, of course."

But co-star Brody Jenner was looking forward to the big day.

"The wedding this weekend is gonna be a blast. Spencer and Heidi are getting married you know, for the fifth time now, and I'll be in the audience watching them, cheering them on, drinking a glass of champagne.

"Oh - it's in the church so I probably shouldn't drink a glass of champagne in the church. Maybe I'll sneak it in. But yeah it's gonna be fun. We'll be there to cheer them on," he added.

Heidi, 22, and Spencer, 25, eloped to Mexico late last year but their nuptials were not legally binding.
